Diane K. Burch, CPA
Diane is the co-founder of Hood & Burch, Inc., Certified Public Accountants. The firm was established in 1983 in Los Alamitos, California. Services provided include tax preparation and planning, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, write-up work and business development services. The services provided are for individuals, estates and trusts as well as small to medium sized businesses.
Diane is also a shareholder of Asset Planning, Inc. a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Asset Planning, Inc. provides comprehensive financial planning and fee based asset/portfolio management.
Diane graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach in 1979. In 1981 she was licensed by the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant.
She is currently associated with the following: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), Executive Women's Golf (EWG), and National Charity League.
Diane and her husband are proud parents to their Freshman college student, Karen. In her time away from the office, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She spends a numerous amount of time volunteering with her daughter to help different causes. She enjoys reading and travelling. In the near future, she will be spending most of her travel time visiting her daughter at college in Northern California.

Carol J. Patrick, CPA
